Wild bee nest? They've been laying eggs in the insect hotel and other appropriate spaces on the balcony recently. Would that then be pollen/clay layers and bee eggs?

If yes, can we transplant this somewhere without destroying it, or give up this cushion for the next few weeks to let them hatch? If we haven't already killed them or their chances by unrolling the cushion.
