Took S1 off… first break since Shadowlands. How’s PvP feeling?
So I skipped Season 1 and I’m not gonna lie I kinda miss PvP.
I came back during Shadowlands (COVID era) and have basically played every season since, so this is the first time I’ve actually taken a step away. Been watching from the outside a bit, but it’s hard to tell what’s real vs. just people complaining (as usual lol).
One of the main reasons I stepped away was concern about classes getting “dumbed down” (for lack of a better word). It felt like things were trending toward less depth and fewer meaningful decisions, more streamlined kits, etc. Maybe I’m off, but that was the vibe I was getting.
I mainly play:
• Sub Rogue
• Fury Warrior
• MM Hunter
• Shadow Priest
So I’m especially curious how those are feeling right now. Is there still good skill expression and outplay potential, or does it feel more watered down?
Overall, how’s PvP actually feeling this season? Worth coming back or nah?
