I pretty much specialized in large corporate tax compliance & provision 90% of my tax life.

I was so confident going in TCP thinking i pretty much mastered c corp and 1231 1245 crap.

Boy i was wrong. all these basis and distribution crap is something that I've never really cared at work, and it is getting to me now.

I blame US government for making so complicated tax law.
