I've been on and off of keto for several years I've lost over 30 lbs. The past few months I went back into keto hardcore and I recently got blood work and my doctor is very concerned about my results. He pointed out that my cholesterol is the highest he's ever seen and wanted to put me on medication. He asked me about my diet of course and the keto discussion went completely down hill. We made a compromise and is giving me 3 months to bring it down. Are these numbers concerning? He has me a bit worried and I'll be making heavy adjustments to reduce consuming saturated fat. I do eat a lot of shrimp, chicken and cheese. Very open to any advice. Additional info, I am a very active 36yr old male.
