Afib History on to improve Bevel?

I am using Bevel as well as my Whoop now together for over a month, since my Whoop subscription is still going and in the meantime bevel launched their 3.0 update, which got me excited to try it out.

So far nearly all the data looks quite similar and I prefer how the bevel app presents it to me.

However this morning was the first time when they both showed me completely different data, with the Whoop showing me a recovery score of 88% versus bevel's 56%. I started digging a bit and found that in some early documentation from bevel they recommend turning on the AFib history on your Apple Watch to improve the frequency of heart rate samples on your watch and therefor the accuracy of your recovery score . Since I only found one 1-year-old post in this subreddit about it, I wanted to ask if anybody has some new experiences with it and if it's the default for all of you to have it on or if you have some other opinions. Also how does it affect Apple Watch battery life? Thanks
