Hello. just as it says. I have been having this issue for over a year and since a couple days of owning the headset. It has been gettign worse recently.
What happens is, usually when I am playing a game (it also happens just watching youtube or sometimes a little after exciting the screensaver when I leave my pc idle for an hour), both my monitors will go out and I won't have any sounds from anywhere. I have to unplug the dongle and sometimes, not all the time, have to unplug both my monitors for everything to work again. If I don't unplug the dongle and only the monitors, they won't turn on when I plug them back in if I didn't unplug the dongle too.
I know the culprit is this headset/dongle. I went a full week and a half without using it with no issues a couple weeks ago. This occurs to me once to 5 times a day with 10 mins to 8 hours.
Any advice on what to do? I do love th headset it is so super comfy and I love the purple color.
Oh! I also use peace equalizer and I do leave the G-hub thing up. I noticed if I have those 2 things my issues happen less often.
