Chrome is constantly changing the colors of the browser when in sunlight

I just got a new Motorola phone, and I've turned of auto brightness because it irritates me like hell. Still, when using Google or Chrome, the screen is constantly changing color when it detects sunlight (more light => lighter colors). How do I turn it off? 5 year old Reddit posts say to disable "dynamic color gamut", but that's no longer available in chrome://flags

Early European electronic song

My father always listened to an old mixtape with a bunch of early electronic songs. I managed to find most of them (they were from Kraftwerk, Jean-Michel Jarre, Tangerine Dream, etc.), but no matter what I try, I can't find a certain one.

The base of the song is a short synthesizer melody, which is sometimes joined by drums and also very distinctive morse code (the actual beeping sound the machine makes when you touch the key). The song also has a short chant in some kind of romance language, multiple people say a line at the same time, pause for a second or two, say another line, then pause again, etc, followed by the morse code/drums and then the synth melody restarts.

Any guesses based on this description? Thanks in advance.
