I wanted to give my sister my phone to play on her account and when I put in her username and password some "security" thing popped up on what games were player recently, so she clicked games she thought she played and they were wrong becuse she dosent remember. Now I can't log back in to the account I feel like tried everything but nothing works, I don't think the account had email connected to it but if it had then it should be my email.

I wanted to give my sister to play on my phone and I put in her user and put in her password then a captia popped up for what games that account played recently and she didn't know so she clicked the games that she thought she played but it turned out she got them wrong. Now I can't log into her account. The mail doesn't work maybe because it has multiple accounts with same mail or her account doesn't have mail linked. What can I do to log back in? I feel like I tried everything.
