Hi all!

If anyone else here is on the Canadian dental care plan I’m looking for some clarification. I went to the dentist 7 months ago and my cleaning was fully covered however I went again this month and the same cleaning was only partially covered. According to the income threshold chart I should have been fully covered again because over the year I’ve only done 2 basic cleanings and my income is below $70,000… for whatever reason they only covered 40% of the visit and I said well hold on I definitely don’t make $80,000 to $89,999 a year so how can you charge me that and they just rushed me to pay and refused to explain.
