I already have a mockup but I am looking for someone to graphically design it from scratch.

Instructions:
-No sketches
-Must be a very clean graphic design that looks like it could be out of a game
-Can get this done in a timely fashion
-Can perfectly match the style I am looking for
-No AI designs
