For the last week I have received this email every couple days. When I click the link and check the information, it is all correct. Just to be safe, I have tried resubmitting the form, different browsers, and my desktop versus phone, but it doesn't seem to matter.

I also tried submitting a Volunteer Support ticket, but I just got an email back saying my issue was resolved -- followed literally 3 minutes later by another copy of the email above! Anyone else experiencing this or know how to resolve it?
