I dm’d Panpanpost early this month about a vintage doll being sold by a small shop in Kyoto, and they went above and beyond to provide me all the information I would need before requesting their services, from explaining their extremely reasonable rates to personally contacting the shop owner to confirm availability, reserve the doll and schedule time to pick her up. Once my doll was picked up I was quickly sent photos to confirm receipt.
Once it was time to ship, they were very open to letting me pick the shipping company (even contacting Fedex to inquire about tariff payment when I was unsure of the details on how to pay tariffs) and they packed my doll thoroughly in a custom sized box to ensure she would arrive safely without damage to her original vintage box.
Everything went very smoothly, they are lovely to work with and I will surely go to them in the future! This was my first time working with a personal shopper and it went better than I ever could have hoped.
