I’m a streamer/content creator (Dojiiie on all platforms) looking to expand my Twitch content onto YouTube and I’m looking for a skilled editor who can turn VODs into engaging, high-retention videos.
My content is a mix of gaming, IRL, and personality-driven moments, so I need someone who understands how to build a story, highlight key moments, and keep viewers locked in.
What you’ll be working with:
• Twitch VODs (typically a few hours long)
• Some streams may include timestamps, but not always
• Turning long-form content into polished YouTube videos
What I’m looking for:
• Strong understanding of pacing and retention
• Ability to find and highlight entertaining moments
• Clean, intentional edits (not overdone, but not basic)
• Experience with gaming/stream content is a plus
Editing Style:
Natural, engaging, and personality-focused. Not overly flashy, but still dynamic enough to keep attention.
Pay:
• Starting at $40+ per video (based on experience and quality)
• Higher pay for consistent, high-quality work
Goal:
Looking for a long-term editor if we work well together. I want to build a consistent YouTube presence.
