So like a lot of people, I was running into the update problem. Unwisely, I tried running sudo apt upgrade --fix-missing, and now I'm afraid I'm going to be bricked if I don't get the amd graphics drivers downloaded before I next reboot.
Is there any other way I can get this to download other than http://apt.pop-os.org? Is there no mirror for this? Am I just going to hope I can hold off rebooting until this fucking DDOS is fixed, or spam spacebar and roll back the kernel next time I reboot?
EDIT: Adding this to the main post so it's not buried in the comments... I tried running
sudo rm -r /var/lib/apt/lists/*
And now I get the following error with apt update:

EDIT 2: I've been clearing my apt cache and trying again every few hours all day and it seems like I was able to get it to update/upgrade properly just now. I don't know if they finally fixed everything totally, or if I just caught it at the right time.
Is this still the DDOS problem? Do I have to just wait for this to be fixed somehow? I'm tearing my hair out here, I'm honestly dismayed this issue exists and System76 isn't doing more to communicate to us what we should be doing.
