I got my order but it's been 10 days and the status in the app is still "being handed over to customs".

Is this ever going to change? Does it mean the courier somehow never reported they got or deliver the package, and Temu doesn't know it arrived?

So free refund? Don't look at me like that, one time I can beat the system.
