Parking

I'm really confused with downtown parking. Hours , rates, options are not clear.

Who actually gets the money from these price hikes and extended hours? The city? A 3rd party?

If some rich person wanted to win over Kalamazoo- I swear they could do it by just allowing free easy parking and/or running free shuttles every 15 min from a remote lot to downtown 7 days a week 7am-11pm.

If parking can't be free, then make it convenient or close by. If it can't be free, convenient or close by ---at the very very least make it easy to understand and easy to plan out options in advance.

Can someone point me to a correct and up to date parking map ( street/meter parking)? The few maps I have found through Kalamazoo City or Park Kalamazoo have multiple parking options that are either not correct, outdated, or not current ( maybe this parking options will happen in the future). Im trying to help a few small business owners get information for their customers who dont want to park in ramps. Any help is appreciated!

Hello! Is anyone over by the new Court House today and can tell me if you can still park on the 2 surface lots on the east side of N. Church? I heard construction might have started on new Admin building and taken that parking option away. Tia
