I am 45m, in good shape, and have consistently tested with normal/high total T (usually in the 600s) but low free t and high SHBG. I have various symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, lowering libido, difficultly building strength. Should I be considering TRT? Have always decided to wait because of my total T levels. Would any clinic even consider treatment with my total T?
