“I’m playing Divide et Impera as Rome on normal difficulty with the ‘All Diplomatic Options’ submod loaded first in the load order. I managed to get every faction except Epirus and Syracuse to join the war against the Etruscans before, but now they refuse to confederate even when I offer gold. About three months ago I could do it easily. Was this diplomatic option patched or changed recently?”
