What is the best app to track symptoms? I have iPhone and Apple Watch 10. I was DXd in 2023 with Radiologically Isolated Syndrome by my first neuro at MS center. In August, I’ll see new neuro at same MS center and want to share symptoms that are helpful. I also have DDD and Hashimoto’s. Many symptoms to track. Thanks for your suggestions!
