I am on a MacBook lastest Osx. Want set the directory to an external hd. Using the format

'/Volumes/Photography/DarktableLibrary' is rejected by Darktable. Help!

I have copied my iPhoto library to an external hd and want to have new empty library on my MacBook. When designating the new library as my iCloud library it syncs by getting the old library. On iCloud.com it shows that I have deleted the photos and have 30 days to recover.

I am syncing between a iPhone 14 Plus and a MacBook M4. both running latest software.

Help!
