A company just offered me a position and informed me that I will need to forefit my union membership to be on with them. Do I really have to forfeit my membership or can I keep working with the company and keep my membership. I am 2 months into the union and would like to keep paying dues as they pay a pension and I can pay years of dues in advance. Looking for clarification or at least guidance.
