Is there anyway so see more caches without payibg the monhly fee

Is there anyway so see more caches without payibg the monhly fee

My scooter advertised 70km range
But the max i have gotten is 31km before it died

And the battery isent accurate i drove 12 km and the battery went from 100 to 92 then i went into burger king ate a burger and drove around the city
I drove 5km around the city and the battery went from 92 to 47

And im not the best at math but 12km is more then 5km
So why did 12km use 8% battery and 5km use 45% battery

And the roades in the city are flat so the math isent mathing

And somebody explain

(Also i drive a ewheels urban max and i weight is 48kg)
