
I haven't used Cursor for a while and decided to get myself a pro plan again like 5 days ago .
I paid my 20$ invoice, refreshed the dashboard - I'm still on a free plan.
I was like WTF but gave it another go and tried to upgrade to the Pro plan again and obviously paid for the invoice again. No result, still on a free plan.
I needed Cursor urgently that day, so I gave it a third try and surprisingly it worked, I finally got to a Pro plan (at the cost of 60$)
I immediatelly contacted them via hi@cursor.com, explained my situation to them and was told that they only see one payment from me and that I should contact my bank instead. I did contact my bank and was told that they have no idea what's going on and that I should contact Cursor team instead.
So I did contact Cursor team again, told them all that and they indeed ran some internal checks and came up with a compensation of 40$ in credits (which I am totally fine with).
5 days forward, I ran out of my Pro plan usage, used those 40$ credits to upgrade myself to Pro+ plan, used like 13% of it and suddenly guess what? I am on a free plan again.
Messaged them to hi@cursor.com again and got no response. Genuinely, what the hell is wrong with Cursor recently? I've been using their amazing product for 2+ years but ig it's finally time to move on.
