Hi guys. I recently acquired a baby king snake and havent seen her once since I put her in her enclosure two weeks ago. I have been consistently refilling her water and she's been drinking and just two days ago I found a full shed so she is alive in there somewhere. After she was in there a week I also dropped a pinky and she took it after about an hour. I didnt think to ask the breeder how old she was at the show but she is really small, possibly a couple months old? Is this normal behavior? Will she eventually come out of hiding and explore a bit and she's just so hidden because shes young? I know they are nervous but I thought after two weeks I might at least see her poking around her enclosure. I would like to start trying to socialize her a little but dont want to rush her either. If she isnt even comfortable enough to come out in the day. She is in a 20"x12x10 enclosure with lots of foliage to sneak around in.
