My uncle is Greek and my aunt and uncle LOVE true authentic greek spanakopita. They will buy some home made spanakopita at our local Greek festival from the little old ladies that have been making it all their lives. Those ladies make the absolute best spanakopita they’ve ever had!

I’d really love to learn to make it myself so that I can surprise them with it!

Anyone have any absolutely amazing spanakopita recipe? Specifically the phyllo dough?! (That’s what they feel no one gets perfect outside of those sweet Greek ladies!)
