Please help! One of my gargs isn’t feeling well

Hey everyone, I’ve been owning geckos for 10 years and am currently experiencing a pretty bad problem. I adopted in a new gecko 3 who was surrendered weeks ago (roughly an 11 year old female garg). She’s been perfectly healthy up until today and I’m not too sure what’s going on. At first I thought she may be dehydrated (eyes slightly sunken, lethargic, not licking eyes) I gave her a wet towel soak for 15 and she started to look a little better. I’ve had her with me on my heating blanket at a low temperature and she’s farted 3 times and keeps straining yet nothing is coming out. Her stomach feels hard which makes me think egg bound or impaction but it’s currently 3am and no exotic vets open till 8/9.

What should I do and does anyone have any advice?
She was out the last 2 days perfectly fine and then today is a completely different gecko

She was out the last 2 days perfectly fine and then today is a completely different gecko. I’m not looking for a diagnosis (leaving that up to the vets) but is there any thing else I can do to try and help her throughout the night before we see the vet in the morning
