Help with educational resources?(Post incident)

I have a coworker who came from a salon setting where the mindset was to do what the customer asked no matter what. They have been with us for a year now and we are struggling with being a bit heavy handed and pushing the dogs past where they are comfortable. I know they mean well and are trying, but they say they struggle knowing when the dog has had enough.

Past incidents involve dematting a dog to the point of skin injury, over brushing, continuing to work on a dog that was actively trying to eat the tools/groomer, etc. We have had conversations in the past but I feel like the stress of the incident makes it hard to focus on/receive feedback and I was thinking giving them some resources to read/listen to might make it a bit easier to comprehend.

I recommended the creating great grooming dogs podcast but does anyone else have any suggestions? Thanks in advance! (I'm sitting down with the manager to go over options later today)
