I recently completed my MBA and currently have experience in the BPO/customer support industry.

I’m confused about which career path would be better for long-term growth:

Continue in MNC/BPO sector and grow into operations or management

Switch to FMCG sales/marketing field

Would love to hear advice from professionals who have worked in either industry. Which field offers better growth, learning, salary progression, and work-life balance in the long run?
