Hi! Writing this post in both anger and sadness. I placed a 100€ + order via Stylevana in early March. Order was shipped and delivered to my country (in Europe) just fine.

Unfortunately once it got to the regional package point, the courier company (GoFo) never delivered it. It's been more than 2 weeks of no tracking update, emailing GoFo was an absolutely horrible experience. They first said the package was damaged so they could not deliver, just go talk to the seller. When I requested a written proof in PDF that they were at fault so I could request refund, they suddenly claimed they would try the deliver, and would investigate. Well, 5 days passed and no sign of any update or my package.

I emailed Stylevana support, who only said they would contact the courier. I'm so upset, not a cheap order, and I do not hoard, so most items would have immediate use. Has anyone here had experience with getting a refund from Stylevana, especially if package was not delivered, at the fault of the courier? I paid through PayPal, if that helps. And if I decide to request a charge back, would I be blacklisted from Stylevana (to be honest I don't really mind, just have been using them for years). Thanks a lot!
