I have roughly $20,000 in debt in someone else’s name because they were kind enough to let me use their credit card during a 0% promotion. I have been making those payments, but I would like to include that debt if I file since it’s technically mine and was moved from one of my cards to one of theirs. I’m guessing I would have to move this debt back to my name first. The problem is that I can’t get approved for anything. My credit is terrible. I can’t even get one of those “everyone is approve 40% interest” loans you see advertised online. What’s the best way to get this debt included with my own?
