I've been taking this for 3 weeks now. I was on 3.7 mg for one week, then switched to 7.5 mg for one week. On 7.5 mg, I experienced muscle tremors and felt irritable. I felt these effects right after taking the dose.

Now I've gone back to 3.7 mg, and I feel like it causes more sedation/numbness, as well as a feeling of discomfort – a strange sensation.

My question: Does this feeling go away with time, or does it get worse? What exactly should I expect?"
