Hi everyone

Using a throwaway account. I am in England, have a shared ownership property with my unmarried partner of 8 years. Been in the property since end of 2024.

35% owned, 65% is rented from housing association.
Both named on deed.

Relationship has fallen apart and things are turning hostile rapidly.

I really just want to know - can I remove myself from the property papers? I don’t want him to buy me out or me to buy him, I just want to get out of here and far away.
