When it comes to Demoness pathway the most overrated sequence was Seq 7 Witch

First off we are ranking the sequence itself and not abilities that come with it. Let's say that there is seq5 that gives me ability that is crucial on later sequences but in of itself this seq5 is weak so calling the ability it gives one of the best in the series is fair but calling the sequence one of the best would overstatement in my opinion.

About counting votes. Every person has one vote for each category(obviously). If they vote only for underrated or only for overrated that vote still counts. If they vote on 2 sequences in one category I won't count such a vote. If they comment their opinion in reply to another comment that vote still counts. If they imply they are voting for something don't explicitly state I will count that voice unless one of their comments contradicts it.
