Devilcorp in the NY capital region area: Apexion Management
I mistakenly applied to a sales and marketing firm on Indeed thinking it was Verizon Corporate, and I discovered it was a devilcorp. It has all the signs:
- Interview was scheduled within a day
- Vague description of the job
- Interviewer trying to downplay the fact I'd be doing door-to-door sales
- Talk about how Verizon is rapidly expanding and that to keep up, so will they
- Grandiose language about how I will be soon promoted to manager and taught to recruit to "manage my own team" within a year
- Mentioned that a 21 year old has became a millionaire already???
- When I asked to google the address nothing came up
- The texts and interviewer identified as Apexion Management, but the listing is by "CT Sales Group" or "Helambu BizConnect", an unclaimed Indeed page
Safe to say I will not be doing the second interview lol. If you are in the NY capital region area, beware!
