Some of my favorite has to be jinxed, from fallout. Where everyone around you has a higher chance of their failures are critical but you also have a higher chance of critical failures.

Or also from the pen and paper fallout, which is incredibly hilarious. Bonsai- through careful nurturing, you've gotten a small fruit tree to grow out of your head and once per day a fruit will appear in your inventory.

hey guys im putting together a list of traits for my ttrpg, and i need some inspiration. essentially the system of traits works by starting off with 2 trait points, some traits will cost 1p or 2p, and some costing 3p that require you to grab a negative trait.

so basically i just need more traits to choose from that are flavorful, for an example of the tone im going for these are a few i got so far.

1 POINT (desperate for these, they're all essentially noncombat focused, better for roleplay)

Musical- Proficient with instruments, any roll involving an instrument has +2.

Utilitarian- +1 to morale everytime you complete a task for someone.

Fashionable- +1 Social when commonly adored clothing is worn.

Cat Eyes- See slightly better in the dark.

Creep- +2 stealth when observing someone

2 POINTS

Gangster- One handing a weapon grants +2 to attack roll.

Reckless- You can attack twice at the cost of -5 to hit IF attacking twice.

Slugger- Melee damage modifier is doubled, though critical rolls have no effect.

Fickle- You have a knack to switch weapons constantly, as a bonus action you can grab any object and for that turn it will have +2 to hit and +1 Damage.

3 POINTS

Confident- Flip a coin as a passive action as many times equal your level x2, when choosing the right side to land next action will have advantage, if failed next action will have disadvantage.

3P Specialty- Choose one specific weapon/item to be well versed in. Using this item has a +2 to hit and damage. And any time you roll a natural 20 you have the ability to roll again to hit.

NEGATIVE TRAITS-

Frail- -2 to vitality.

Cumbersome- -10 to movement speed

Unfocused- Flip a coin to see if you get distracted during any mind attribute check.

Embarrassed- -1 morale on any failed check

Pacifist- You’re unable to benefit from any positive weapon modifiers.
