Need some advise or suggestions on my current my squad.

F2P account (Legendary 1 - FC champ 0 stars)

I'm struggling to win games whenever I step into fc champ territory so I thought maybe it's my players or I just need to rank them up max and train max.

* Which postions should I focus upgrading first? (I'm thinking a new ST is the priority)

* Should I get more week 1 TOTS players or wait for other upcoming drafts?

I can still do 30 drafts out of 45 drafts remaining to get a pool A player.
