So last night at my SC, someone loaded a dumper with a shuttle/gaylord and then another person raised it up to where the whole shuttle and pallet went up on the belt. The person who loaded the shuttle wasn’t trained from what I heard while the person who lifted it was. What is going to happen next?

No, I wasn’t either of the two people. I am just wondering because I heard about it from a few other people who crowded around where it happened.
