I planted this cutting about 3-4 months ago, had it in coco coir, and on a heating lamp. It threw out its first leaf about 2 months ago, and since then it’s thrown up a few more spears but none will open.

Is it stalled because it’s focusing on roots now? Do I need to move it to a sunnier spot? ( it’s facing south east currently in a window).. is it lacking water perhaps?

The stem itself looks great. Firm.
