Do I need a reality check or should I actually make a change?

Background:

I am a 24 yo (M) that just finished my first year of pharmacy school, but I’m not entirely sure if this is what I want to do career wise. Primarily worried about financial burden of finishing the program (right now I’m very little in debt due to savings). Im ready to be making money right now and for lack of a better way to say it, “get on with my life”.

Accolades:

I have a strong past work experience, chemistry degree from undergrad, 4.0 GPA, I am the president of an organization on campus, I have an internship. Overall, I would say I am an above average student.

Current Situation:

With all of that said, I can’t help but fantasize about a career switch (I know grass is always greener). For anyone that has been in a similar boat, what did you do?Nursing school? PA school? Stick with pharmacy school and ride it out? Any advice from people in a similar situation would be much appreciated.
