I am soon to be an F1 doctor, all being well. Through university, and even before med school, I grafted for our lovely NHS in England. I do recall that if you have over five years of service, you get two more days added to your annual leave.

Does this apply to the doctor contract or just AfC?
What actually counts as years of service, and is it different between trusts?
