HOME HELP WANTED

We're looking for long term, part-time help for 2 families a few days a week, about 10 - 15 hours per week.
Duties include:
- organize/tidy house
- load/unload dishwasher, wipe counters
- sort, fold, and put away laundry (this is a large part of both houses needs)
- grocery pickup
- make/change beds
- sweep floors
- walk dog (required for family 1, optional for family 2)
- (optional) food prep for dinners
This is primarily a tidying and organizing job and no deep cleaning is required
Strong communication skills needed.
Looking for 3 or 4 days per week, 2 - 5 hours per day. Time during the day is flexible, but no evenings or weekends. We also need consistency week to week (same days/times each week). Pay is $25/hr with increases year over year. There will be occasional opportunities for more hours/larger project work if you like.
About us:
Family 1: Five humans and one dog. 11yo and 8yo kids. Looking for 5 - 10 hours a week.
Family 2: Four humans and a dog. 5yo and 2yo kids. Looking for about 5 hours a week.
Both families are busy with kids and both adults working full time, often from home. Our homes are a two minute walk from one another (30 second drive) near Airport and Guadalupe.
