I’m currently a senior PM in the UK earning £45K and working remotely. I was wondering if anyone here has successfully made the switch to a US company while still being based in the UK, but earning a US salary?

I realise the hours could be a bit unsociable, but I feel that East Coast hours wouldn’t have a huge impact on my lifestyle. Given the higher salaries in the US, it seems like it could be well worth it if it’s actually achievable.

I understand there may be some legal or tax complications, but is there a realistic way around this ?
