I was under the impression that conduits normal tac and enduring barrier tac were supposed to fully replenish shields and the instant barrier tac was only supposed to give ~60%. I did some testing in the firing range and the instant barrier tac was giving a little more than the other two.

My question is; Are the enduring and default tac bugged and not giving enough health or is the instant tac giving too much?
