Today we celebrate Father’s Day in Germany, my loving wife cooked eggplant with onions, bell pepper, bacon, and miso. Pickled egg with chilies. Deep fried Nori with cheddar cheese. Fresh fruit. Certainly worth the wait!

Heute gab es: Auberginen mit Zwiebeln, Bauchspeck, Paprika und Miso, mariniertes, wachsweiches Ei mit Chili, Reis und Früchte, frittierte Nori Algen mit Cheddar..
