My 13 week old is intensely fighting me for every! single! one! of his naps. No matter what I try: adjusting his wake windows; rocking/bouncing to sleep; feeding to sleep; blacking out the room; white noise/shushing/patting; snoo; carrier walks; stroller walks.
You name it, I tried it. He becomes hysterical every time I try to get him down and I have to deal with him screaming, kicking, flailing his arms around. I ruled out reflux, I make sure his diaper is clean and he’s comfortable. He just hates napping. He wants to stay up and play but obviously the longer he stays up the crankier he gets. I believe he might be hitting his 4 month sleep regression early because this behavior has been fairly new (2 weeks) of him only cat napping and battling me on every nap attempt. I’m not even close to averaging 4.5 to 5 hours of nap time. Any advice on dealing with my high alert, FOMO baby during nap time? I’m seriously burning out…
