Free P2 from Sri Lanka
Ever wonder what happens when you order a too good to be true priced item from a sketchy seller on Ebay?
A few weeks ago, I saw a new ebay account based in Sri Lanka post a few Free P2s with stock photos for $74.99 with free shipping. As sketchy as gets, but I thought, why not, and ordered one. For over week after payment - complete silence. I was like: well, that makes sense, I guess I’ll just wait a bit more and open a case with ebay. Then all of a sudden the tracking updated. And lo and behold, today I see a box at my door, addressed (surprisingly) from L&M Supply to a completely different recipient name than me, but with my address. The address was a bit misspelled, so it’s a shocker that it even made it to me.
To my even bigger surprise, inside was actually a new free p2. Even cooler, it appears to be the new old stock from original launch, with the fancy promotional magnetic package, and the now discontinued gray sheath.
Moral of the story - do business with sketchy sellers lol
