Moving to Rome soon, looking to build my own circle!

I’m moving to Rome permanently this June and would love to meet some new people! I’m a 26-year-old woman, and by the end of May my apartment should (hopefully 🤞) be ready after renovations.
My boyfriend already lives in Rome, but he’s a bit older than me and has his own social circle. I’d really love to build my own group of friends around my age, especially some girls to hang out with, explore the city, grab coffee, or just chat.
I have a sweet cat named Dobby (yes, like the Harry Potter character 🐱), and I love reading, walking, and just enjoying the little things in life. I’m currently learning Italian, I understand quite a bit, but speaking is still a challenge, so I’d love to practice too!
I know moving abroad can be a bit overwhelming, so it would be really nice to connect with others who are in a similar situation or just open to new friendships.
