I only rejected three offers. I received a total of eleven offers in four and a half hours, and four of them were in the first hour. I wasn't able to complete even the first part of my evening quest. The $25 was from a four-day quest. This was in western Sydney, around St Marys/St Clair/Mt Druitt.
