I just found the mystery part in shimmering hills and immediatly found deoxys a few floors after.

I'm not prepared to recruit (friend bow is not in bag etc.)

If I knock it out, will it respawn? Or do I only get this one chance?

I'm playing on emulator so I can use safestates to reset.
