Temps too high in Jonah z20

I have been struggling with temps in my pc. I have a ryzen 7 7700x and a pny rtx5070.

The gpu takes up the whole length of the case, 2 bottom intake, 2 top exhaust, thermal assassin 120 air cpu cooler, set to exhaust rear, and another rear exhaust.

I tried setting the cpu cooler and rear to intake, and that made temps worse which is contrary to everything I’ve read online. Gpu temps are fine, but cpu temps would spike to 95-98C. I went to the settings and turned cpu power usage to 99% and now it never gets above 60C. Turned off turbo mode, but I feel like I’m losing a quite significant amount of power as well turning turbo mode off.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi all. I’ve been thinking about moving to Tulsa. I currently live in central California. Hour south of Fresno. I want to make sure this is something i really want to do before I start committing the time and money towards moving.

Biggest thing I worry about is if it feels like a “big city.” I absolutely hate Fresno, and Bakersfield sucks too. I don’t want to move and feel like I’m trapped in similar places I hate here at home.

I work at a car dealership so work will be easy for me to find there, but my girlfriend is getting a BA in animal sciences for livestock management. What kind of ag work is out in Tulsa? She’s big into horses and I want to make sure she can find a career she is looking for.

I live at home with my parents and have money saved up. I have a little bit of family in Tulsa that would let me crash for a while till I got on my feet. I just want to know every con there is to Tulsa because I can find a pro for anything.

Also I am visiting my family this Memorial Day weekend for 3-4 days to just hang out and feel it out.

I appreciate any and all input. 👍

As an EDIT, a lot of people ask what I mean by big cities. Fresno has 100k more people with half the land area of Tulsa. It is just too crowded in Fresno. Where I live, there is way less people. There’s 2k more people per square mile in Fresno compared to where I live.
